Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. There is a 20min cap.

       Coconut water...... Unfortunately the honesty piggy bank is not working. The money from Mr Piggy doesn't equal coconut water drank. Ive added it up for this month and its out and its not the first time. So the fridge will have a lock on it in the next few days. So if you want one you will have to ask me for a can and pay on the spot, sorry no credit.
       Also the tape that is under the stereo is for sale $5 per roll. Someone or someones has be taking little bits off fresh rolls and then putting them back, then I cant sell them. The tape is cheep at $5 per roll and I think its better than the other tape that takes off the top layer of skin and any hair you have. If you need tape buy it, bring your own, buy mine I don't care.  The tape will also be locked away.
