If you cannot do 3 Strict Handstand Push ups, You are not allowed to use a kipping Handstand Pushup. Use a pike feet on a box change the angle to make it easier or harder.
In order of movement Strict Pushup, Feet elevated on box Push Up, Pike on Box HSPU, Strict HSPU, Then if you really must Kipping.
