Run 1600 Mtrs

Partition the Pullups Pushups and Squats however you like.

Or Team "Murph"

Partition the Pullups Pushups and Squats however you like, all team members must Run the 1600mtrs. you may only start the  Pullups Pushups and Squats when all team members are back from the run.
