Front Squats 20 Minutes to a heavy Triple


B)
12 Min AMRAP
30 HSPU
Then 3,6,9,12,15,18,24.......
KBS 24kg(16kg)
21 Double Unders Between each set of Kettle Swings

Time Cap on the HSPU is 3 Minutes, Move to the swings and double unders even if you haven't finished the HSPU.
