10 Shoulder Dislocates
Front Rack Stretch 40" Per Side
"Barbell"
5 Press
5 Front Squats
5 Muscle Cleans
5 Goodmornings

Weighted Dips 7,7,7

C)
Kettle Bell Press 7,7,7

D)
5 Rounds For Time
15 KBS 24kg(16kg)
10 Pullups

Then 
Box Shoulder Stretch
Hamstrings 2mins Per Side
Glutes 2 Mins Per Side
