Private Benjamin Ranaudo, was killed in Afghanistan on the weekend of 19 July 09 by a IED. He was just 22.
Ben trained with CrossFit North Queensland before being deployed,and they where looking forward to having him back on his return.
We where all asked to post and complete this WOD for him by the team from CFNQ , as a tribute .
Our prayers go out to his family, friends and girlfriend.
He was a hero and we do this workout to honour him.

This time: 4:31 (30kg)- HALVED IT!
Loved every painful second of it! If we're lucky Greg might post the video up.... :)
Plus, decided to attempt a heavy deadlift PB- rocked out 140kg- thats a 20kg PB for me! And all after Fran!
