Unless you have been hiding under a rock you guys should all know that the 2012 CrossFit Games Open is aproching fast, the first WOD will be released on 22nd Feb. Around 25000 people registered last year. 5 weeks one WOD per week. If you are planning to join the Coolum Beach 2012 Team you must first compete as an individual.
