TUES WOD

For Time

21 pullups
50 squats
21 kneestoelbows
18 pullups
50 squats
18 kneestoelbows
15 pullups
50 squats
15 kneestoelbows
12 pullups
50 squats
12 kneestoelbows

If you haven't got a pull up bar find something to hang from, improvise or use push ups insted of pull ups. Scale by putting your feet on a bench to make the push ups harder. Knees to elbows scale to sit ups

  2. Yeah, all good. Going back for a WOD tonight. Had a dude give me a spot while doing 3 RM back squats. He wasn't sure what to do, so he put his hands under my ass to lift me up?. So they are a real friendly bunch!.Hope you had a good xmas will be coming home tommorow :-) its cold windy and raining. The wind is gusting up to 160 knots Unreal!!!!

  3. Haha he must have mistaken it for a BUTT SQUAT... Wow thats pretty windy, its still pissing down here. Was fine for a bit on Xmas Day but has come back again, is supposed to ease up by the end of the week. Safe travels, see you when you get back :)

    I did 'DT' off the main site today but couldn't finish it at 70kg so had to scale down to 60kg
    5 rounds for time of;

    9 Hang power clean
    6 push jerks
