If you haven't got a pull up bar find something to hang from, improvise or use push ups insted of pull ups. Scale by putting your feet on a bench to make the push ups harder. Knees to elbows scale to sit ups

ReplyDeleteYeah, all good. Going back for a WOD tonight. Had a dude give me a spot while doing 3 RM back squats. He wasn't sure what to do, so he put his hands under my ass to lift me up?. So they are a real friendly bunch!.Hope you had a good xmas will be coming home tommorow :-) its cold windy and raining. The wind is gusting up to 160 knots Unreal!!!!
ReplyDeleteHaha he must have mistaken it for a BUTT SQUAT... Wow thats pretty windy, its still pissing down here. Was fine for a bit on Xmas Day but has come back again, is supposed to ease up by the end of the week. Safe travels, see you when you get back :)
