    No scores recorded for 6am " You guys know the drill .... All form must be full range of motion otherwise the rep doesn,t count .Im not going to single anyone out .... you know if your form was crap . Some of you put in a great effort but sorry it still needs to be full range of motion everytime ! even if you scale otherwise the score means nothing . And long term you will stunt your progress better to do one round well than 30 half range .
