How Do I Get Started?

Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness and or ability we exclude no-one .All NEW CrossFitters are to undergo the intro program. The intro program is designed to help get all new CrossFitters familiar with the 9 movements of CrossFit. These are done in smaller group at a time convenient . You will be made to stay in the intro program until seen fit to join main group . Each CrossFitter will be assess on there own individual progress.
