MON WOD



"Fight Gone Bad!"

5 Rounds
Wall-ball, 10kg(6kg)
Sumo deadlift high-pull,35kg(25kg)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg(25kg)
Shuttle Runs 15mtrs
Rest
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep,and shuttle runs.

    With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

    Use as many sets each minute as needed.
