SUN REST
COOKIES
So, here are some photos of the Paleo Cookie I made this weekend . There are however none left, I have eaten all of them. While I was baking a tray of these crack like cookies I turned and knocked the bowl on the floor smashing it into 1000 shards, razor sharp. Sad but nothing could be done the rest of the dough went into the bin :(
I have however posted the recipe for them on Coolums "I AM CROSSFIT' site.
The site is now active and I will be posting most days on this site for those invited and also the normal W.O.D as per usual on our main site . If you haven't yet been invited and would like? give me a bell and I wil let you on. The site will have all the relevant "I AM CROSSFIT" info ,including recipes training tips and more . Hopefully I will have all the money in for the shirts asap so we can get the printing happening and get them out to you .

Complete 10 Rounds of the following.
10 x Pull-ups
10 x Air Squats
10 x Push-ups
10 x KB Swings
Each round has a 2:00 running clock, representing the time interval each athlete has to complete the workload. If time expires before a round is completed the WOD is over and the athlete's score remains as is. The only available rest is time remaining (if any) from each 2:00 minute trial.
