"Air Force"
Starting with 4 Burpees, and then 4 burpees on the minute every minute. The following for time

20 Thrusters 42kg(30kg)
20 SDLHP 42kg(30kg)
20 Push Jerk 42kg(30kg)
20 OHS 42kg(30kg)
20 Front Squat 42kg(30kg)
