  1. Still having shoulder problems.
    Did alot of overhead stretching with dowell.
    Did 30 OHS with 15kg bar and I think I'm getting the hang of it, I am really placing my hands alot further apart, (I'm on the collers) and feeling like I am stretching my shoulders and have more balance on the way down, when I do this though I can hear my shoulder muscles creaking and cracking...I think I am the most inflexible shoulder person ever. I'm getting the hang of it though I need a wider bar...can't go heavy overhead just yet.....Thanks for all your advice Greg your a legend!!!
