12 Squats

Warm Up Sets of the Bear(PVC)
Then 20kg

The Bear
7 Sets of the sequence
* Power Clean
* Front Squat
* Push Press
* Back Squat
* Push Press

Rest as needed between Rounds ( Post Load To Comments)
